You heard it here first: Kansas is going to win the NCAA tournament.
Memphis = overrated, possibly one-and-done.
Also overhyped: Georgetown (esp Hibbert), Indiana.
Underrated: Pitt, Arkansas.
Receives about the right amount of hype: NC, UCLA, Norfolk St.
